Changed your mind or something’s not right? This policy walks you through returns, exchanges and refunds.<\/p>\n

How long you have<\/h2>\n

You can return an eligible item within 30 days<\/strong> of the day it’s delivered.<\/p>\n

What “eligible” means<\/h2>\n

Items should come back unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. We can’t take back items
\nthat have been used or that arrive incomplete.<\/p>\n

Starting your return<\/h2>\n

Email support@amiparis.live<\/a> or call +1 515 432 5467 with your order number and the items concerned.
\nWe’ll send you a prepaid label and step-by-step instructions \u2014 return shipping is on us.<\/p>\n

Getting your refund<\/h2>\n

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund your original payment method within
\n5\u201310 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.<\/p>\n

Swapping for another size or colour<\/h2>\n

The quickest route is to return the original and place a fresh order; if you’d rather, email us and we’ll help set
\nup the exchange.<\/p>\n

What we can’t take back<\/h2>\n

Gift cards and items marked “final sale” are non-returnable unless they reach you faulty or damaged.<\/p>\n

Faulty or wrong items<\/h2>\n

If an item is defective or not what you ordered, message support@amiparis.live<\/a> with a photo and
\nwe’ll replace it or refund you in full \u2014 at no cost to you.<\/p>\n
