\n“we”, “our” and “the store” mean CORNET BENJAMIN; “you” means the person using the site or buying from it.<\/p>\n

Who may order<\/h2>\n

You need to be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. You are
\nresponsible for keeping your account details, if any, accurate and confidential.<\/p>\n

Products, colours and prices<\/h2>\n

We describe and photograph every item as faithfully as we can, though slight colour differences between screens
\nare normal. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may revise
\nprices, withdraw items, or correct obvious errors at any time before we accept your order.<\/p>\n

From order to contract<\/h2>\n

Adding items to your bag and paying places an order \u2014 an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send you
\nan order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order (out-of-stock, a pricing mistake, or suspected fraud) we may
\ndecline or cancel it and refund anything you have paid.<\/p>\n

Paying securely<\/h2>\n

Payments run through an external, PCI-compliant processor over an encrypted connection. Your full card number is
\nnever seen or stored by us. Submitting payment details authorises the charge shown at checkout.<\/p>\n

Delivery, returns and exchanges<\/h2>\n

How we ship is covered by our Shipping Policy<\/a>; how you return items is
\ncovered by our Refund & Return Policy<\/a>. Both are part of these Terms.<\/p>\n

Our content<\/h2>\n

Everything you see here \u2014 wording, photography, graphics and layout \u2014 belongs to CORNET BENJAMIN or its partners
\nand may not be reused without written permission.<\/p>\n

Fair use of the site<\/h2>\n

Please don’t misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach its security, and no automated
\nharvesting of data.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/h2>\n

The site and its products are offered “as is”. As far as the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not
